Should you, in any way, be unhappy with the products you have received, please follow these instructions:
- If you have any concerns regarding the products you have received, please feel free to contact us. We are keen to respond to all such enquiries to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. We endeavor to reply to all queries prior to the end of the next business day they're received, we usually reply within 12 hours. Please keep in mind that there may be a time difference, or public holiday, which may delay our response, although we do try to respond as soon as possible to all contact.
- If you find any quality-related problems when you receive the items from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to resolve all such problems within 48 hours. (Full refund or exchange is valid within 60 days after confirmation of payment). Item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, and you may choose whether to receive a replacement for the item or a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
